Le Syndicat National des Professionnel·le·s de la Petite Enfance poursuit son cycle de webinaires avec une troisième saison centrée sur l’action syndicale de terrain, la santé au travail et la défense des droits des professionnel·le·s du secteur.

Depuis plusieurs années, le SNPPE alerte sur les dérives du secteur privé lucratif dans la petite enfance. Derrière les promesses marketing et les beaux discours, la réalité vécue par les professionnel·le·s et les familles est toute autre : salaires impayés, pressions managériales, conditions de travail dégradées, dépassements de capacité…

Nous sommes régulièrement sollicités par des professionnel·les confronté·es à des situations parfois dramatiques. Malheureusement, ces sollicitations arrivent souvent tardivement, nous laissant peu de marge de manœuvre pour intervenir efficacement.

A propos

Issu d’une initiative lancée sur les réseaux sociaux en mai 2020, le SNPPE rassemble l’ensemble des professionnel·le·s petite enfance au sein d’une même organisation professionnelle.

L’ambition est de fédérer les professionnel·le·s au sein d’une instance de représentation commune et «une vraie force de mobilisation pour les métiers de la petite enfance ».

Une force qui permet « d’agir ENSEMBLE pour être reconnu·e·s, de respecter et de défendre les professionnel·le·s afin de mieux accueillir les tout-petits ».
